November 2007 marked the founding of Open Health Tools, an organization dedicated to the development of interoperable open source software for managing electronic health records. The first board meeting was attended by all the founding members which include such large players of the health care industry as the National Health Service of the UK, Canada Health Infoway, IBM etc. Rondeau Technology was proud to have played a major role in the development of the comlete suite of governance and IP documents and policies.  These are available at this site. 

Over the summer of 2009, Peter, as the OpenNTF IP Manager, worked with the IP Working Group to develop a new IP Policy - which is now in place.
